Initial ECU setup for standalone systems (Haltech, MoTeC, etc). Sensor configuration, CAN integration, I/O logic, and safety systems — no tuning, just a clean foundation to build on.

Whether you’re installing a Haltech Elite, Nexus, or other standalone ECU, this service includes complete sensor and channel setup, CAN messaging, I/O logic (fans, fuel pump, brake switch, etc), and fail-safe configurations.

This is not a tuning service — it’s about making sure your system is wired, scaled, and logging correctly so your tuner (or you) can focus on the real work.

What’s Included:

– Sensor input setup and scaling (TPS, MAP, IAT, CLT, etc)

– Output logic for fans, pumps, relays

– CAN setup for dash, PDM, etc

– Logging configuration (channels, rates)

– Fail-safe logic (overtemp, AFR protection, limp mode)

– Email summary of work + config file backup

Pricing:

– $250 flat for base setup (up to 2 hours)

– $150/hr beyond initial config

– Add-ons available for complex CAN integration, on-site work
