We use a blend of ASA, carbon-nylon, and PETG depending on the part’s use case. All printed components are reinforced where needed for strength, UV-resistance, and abuse from race weekends. Mounting hardware and finishing materials are selected for track durability — not just looks.

Most parts are made to order. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks depending on print queue and finishing requirements. We’ll reach out with updates if anything changes, and we’re always happy to accommodate event deadlines when possible.

Want something a little different? Whether it’s changing fitment, adjusting cooling channels, or adding team branding — we can tweak designs to suit your build. Custom requests may require a 3D scan or CAD measurements to get it dialed in.
